Usage method
① The use of this alloy does not require changing the conventional hot-dip galvanizing equipment and process, and the alloy can be uniformly dissolved in the zinc solution. Suggested usage: Add 0.5Kg-2kg alloy according to the production capacity per ton, and add an appropriate amount according to the alloy composition proportion in the zinc liquid.
② The principle of alloy addition is to add a small amount multiple times, without interruption or accumulating multiple amounts at once.

① Regularly test the impurity iron content in the zinc solution, try to control it at<0.04%, and timely remove the slag.
② When the treatment of special materials is poor, inform the manufacturer and other alloy elements can be added to solve the problem.
