We have established Aoji Sheng Metal New Materials Co., Ltd., a comprehensive, integrated enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of cutting-edge metal materials. The company has long been committed to serving the steel surface anti-corrosion and protective coatings industry. In collaboration with leading experts from the China Iron and Steel Research Institute and the China National Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals, we have developed a series of novel zinc-based functional alloys, including zinc–aluminum alloy, zinc–nickel alloy, multi-element alloys, rare-earth alloys, zinc–bismuth alloy, zinc–antimony alloy, zinc–aluminum–magnesium alloy, and others. All raw materials for these new zinc alloys are sourced from high-purity metals, such as Grade 0 zinc, double-zero aluminum ingots, high-purity rare earth elements, high-purity nickel, high-purity bismuth, high-purity antimony, and high-purity titanium. We have introduced state-of-the-art electric melting furnaces and regenerative natural-gas melting furnaces, along with advanced synthesis equipment and intelligent manufacturing processes. In active response to national policies, we have also installed sophisticated environmental protection systems to achieve zero emissions, ensuring green, sustainable, and stable long-term development. Moreover, our production processes feature low energy consumption.
