Uses and Advantages

① Achieve good wetting of the zinc melt on the steel substrate surface, thereby enhancing the brightness of the steel pipe;

② Effectively controls the dissolution of iron ions from the steel pipe surface, thereby suppressing the iron content in the zinc bath and effectively reducing the amount of zinc deposited;

③ When the aluminum content reaches 0.2%, the coating becomes thinner yet exhibits excellent wettability, which enhances adhesion and extends the service life of the product.

④ Reduce the formation of zinc dross and zinc slag, thereby lowering zinc consumption.
