Product Description

Special Adjusting Ingot for Hot-Dip Galvanized Strip Steel

Uses and Advantages

① Low alloy usage with significant results.

② It can effectively improve the composition of the zinc bath and enhance the surface brightness of the steel strip.

③ The coating exhibits stronger adhesion to the steel substrate, enhancing the strip’s ductility.

④ Reduce the formation of slag-liquid interface and lower zinc consumption.

How to Use

① Hot-dip galvanizing manufacturers generally do not need to modify their conventional hot-dip galvanizing equipment or processes; the galvanizing temperature is typically maintained within the range of 430°C to 530°C.

② The addition ratio is 0.5 to 0.8 Ka of alloy per ton of strip steel plated.

③ The addition point is at the exit of the strip steel under the air knife.

④ The addition rate of the ingot can be adjusted according to the specific composition of the zinc melt.

Precautions

① The iron content in the zinc bath must be controlled to no more than 0.08% to ensure coating quality.

② Specific process differences can be adjusted, and our company can provide timely after-sales service.
