Advantages of use

Usage method
① Hot dip galvanizing manufacturers basically do not need to change the equipment and process of conventional hot dip galvanizing, and can evenly dissolve the alloy in the zinc liquid. Suggested usage amount: add 0.5Kg -2kg alloy according to the production capacity per ton, and add an appropriate amount according to the proportion of alloy components in the zinc liquid.
② The principle of alloy addition is to add a small amount multiple times, without interruption or accumulating multiple amounts at once.

① Regularly test the impurity iron content in the zinc solution, try to control it at<0.04%, and timely remove the slag.
② When the treatment of special materials is poor, inform the manufacturer and other alloy elements can be added to solve the problem.
