Advantages of use

① Adding less alloy results in good results.
② Wide range of alloy addition, suitable for various batch plating, such as guardrails, columns, structural components of various specifications and shapes, various fasteners, ductile iron, malleable steel, etc.
③ Reduce the thickness of the coating appropriately to reduce zinc consumption.
④ Zinc liquid has good flowability, reduces burrs, zinc nodules, and flow marks, and improves surface quality; The adhesion performance between the coating and the steel substrate is better.
⑤ The surface of the coating is bright and clean, and it remains for a long time after passivation.

Usage method

① When using multiple series of hot-dip galvanized alloys, hot-dip galvanizing manufacturers basically do not need to change the conventional hot-dip galvanizing equipment and process. The zinc liquid can be used in both high and low temperature areas, and the addition ratio can be 0.5kg~1kg of alloy per 1 ton of iron plating. The manufacturer can add the alloy to the zinc surface according to the alloy added in the zinc pot during galvanizing production, and reasonably control the content of alloy elements. The addition method is to stir evenly in the zinc solution and move continuously within the pot to make it uniform as soon as possible until it is fully fused.
② The usage methods of different multi-component alloys are also different. You can directly contact the manufacturer, and the manufacturer's technical experts will provide you with after-sales service.

Note

① Before diluting the alloy, the zinc slag should be salvaged thoroughly, and then added according to the recommended proportion. Afterwards, when adding zinc each time, 1% of the zinc addition amount should be added to the multi-component hot-dip galvanized alloy;
② When adding alloy, it can be added appropriately. After the alloy melts, stir appropriately and let it stand for a few hours before use;
③ When pinhole leakage is found in the plated part, the addition of multiple alloys should be stopped;
④ When it is found that there is a lot of sticking slag or nodules on the coating, zinc liquid purification agent should be used for treatment before slag removal treatment;
⑤ Control the iron content in the zinc pot to be less than 0.03% to ensure the quality of the coating;
⑥ When the treatment of special materials is not good, notify the manufacturer and other alloy elements can be added to solve the problem.
