Usage method

When using the new alloy of Si series hot dip galvanizing, the hot dip galvanizing manufacturer basically does not need to change the conventional hot dip galvanizing equipment and hot dip galvanizing process, the zinc liquid can be used in the high temperature area and in the low temperature area, the addition ratio can be added to 0.5Kg-1.2Kg alloy per 1 ton of iron plating, and the manufacturer can be added to the zinc liquid surface according to the alloy added in the zinc pot. Reasonable control of alloying element content.

When adding alloy, install the alloy with a hanging basket, and evenly move and dilute it in the upper part of the zinc liquid to ensure that the alloy is fully fused with the zinc liquid.

Note

① If the alloy is added unevenly, there may be small particles on the surface of the plating, and when this phenomenon is found, the alloy can be suspended, and then added after the small grain is fully dissolved.

② For the workpiece that is easy to produce gray matt coating (such as 16Mn steel), it is advisable to have a lower galvanizing temperature (<440℃), minimize the time between the workpiece from galvanizing to water cooling, and appropriately increase the alloying element content in the zinc liquid.

③ Attention should be paid to controlling the iron content in the plating aid to ensure the quality of the coating and reduce zinc slag.
